摘要
目的研究最佳紫草素超声提取工艺。方法采用紫外分光光度法(UV),以紫草素的含量为检验指标,用正交试验法考察提取因素对其含量的影响,从中优选出紫草素最佳超声提取工艺。结果紫草素最佳超声提取工艺为95%乙醇,提取20min,频率100KHz,其紫草素含量最高。结论上述试验结果可为紫草素超声提取工艺的确定提供试验依据。
Objective To study best Ultrasonic extraction process of Shikonin from Arnebia Euchroma.Methods Optimized the best Ultrasonic extraction process for Shikonin,Shikonin as markers,the ultraviolet (UV) was applied.The effect of extracting factors on the content of Shikonin by Orthogonal Design were observed.Results The extracting process for Shikonin was adding 95% alcohol into meterials and refluxing time was 20 minutes everytime.The power was 120 W.Conclusion Above mentioned experimental results provide the experimental basis for the ascertainment of the Ultrasonic extraction process of Shikonin.
