摘要
单层化、全煤巷布置矿井可以缩短建井周期、降低成本、适于机械化作业,但综掘机后配套运输影响其掘进效率。本文提出用水平机械煤仓作为缓冲煤仓来解决此问题,并结合实例进行技术经济分析,证明了全煤巷矿井建设期应用水平机械煤仓的可行性。
Single layer and all coal heading mine can shorten the period of construction and cut down the cost and machines conveniently, but coal road heading efficiency is influenced because of its fitting conveyor. In this paper, the horizontal mechanical coal bin as buffer bin is recommended, and its technical-economic analysis is presented. It proved the horizontal mechanical coal bin in the period of constructing an all coal heading mine could achieve economic benefit obviously.
