摘要
冷冻浇注成型是近年来发展起来的制备具有定向直孔结构多孔陶瓷的成型工艺,该工艺制备的多孔陶瓷具有高孔隙率、孔的方向和尺寸可控等特点。本文简单介绍了多孔陶瓷材料的几种传统制备方法及其特点,重点对冷冻浇注成型工艺以及在国内外的最新研究进展进行了详细的综述,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。
Freeze-casting as a oriented and aligned porous ceramics forming process has been developed in recent years since it fabricates porous ceramics which have the advantages of high porosity,controllable pore direction and size.This article briefly introduces the methods and characteristics of the different techniques for the traditional fabrication of the porous ceramics,especially,reviews freeze-casting technique and the latest research development in china and abroad.Moreover,the development trend of research are forecasted.
