摘要
我国天然沸石资源丰富而且成本低,是一种应用比较广泛的矿产资源。以沸石粉为主要原料制备沸石陶粒。研究结果表明:沸石陶粒的优化试验方案是:发泡温度为850℃,最佳发泡剂掺量为15%,增稠剂掺量为15%。优化试验方案制得沸石陶粒的表观密度为902kg/m3,颗粒抗压强度为6.23MPa,吸水率为1.45%,具有高强度、低吸水率的特点。
Natural zeolite which is rich in resource and cheap in cost has already widely used in China.In this paper,zeolite ceramsite is producted by using natural zeolite powder.The research shows that the optimization test scheme is(1) foam temperature-850℃;(2) dosage of foaming agent-15%;(3) dosage of thickening agent-15%.The product has the characteristics of high-strength and low-water absorption,its particle compressive strength is 6.23Mpa;apparent density is 902kg/m^3,water absorption is 1.45%.
