This paper presents the concept of three-dimensional angle. Based on the concept,the paper singles out a mistake about a formulation in a bool entitled <magnetic field and electromagnetic waves> concerning the relation between magnetic vector potential of magnetic dipoles and magnetic induction intensity. The reason for the mistake is also analyzed.
