新疆医科大学幼教中心学龄前儿童营养膳食调查 被引量:4

Dietary investigation of preschool children in kindergarten of Xinjiang Medical University

摘要 目的了解新疆医科大学幼教中心学龄前儿童膳食营养与身体发育状况。方法采取整群抽样法抽取新疆医科大学幼教中心学龄前儿童203名,采用称重法和记帐法相结合的方法进行膳食调查,分层抽样70名儿童进行体格检查,采用WHO推荐的身高标准体重法评价幼儿的营养状况。结果蛋白质、锌、钙、维生素B1、维生素B2分别占膳食营养素参考摄入量(DRIs)的65.56%、71.47%、35.35%、55.59%和55.13%,摄入量均不足;三大营养素供热比不合理,碳水化合物供热(63.81%)略高于正常值(50%~60%);优质蛋白占总蛋白质摄入量比例为47.41%。结论该幼教中心学龄前儿童膳食营养状况有待改善。 Objective To understand the Xinjiang Medical University Early Childhood Center preschool nutrition and physical development of the situation.Methods Cluster sampling method was used in early childhood education major medical center in Xinjiang 203preschool children,with a weighting method and the method of accounting on the combination of dietary survey,70children was stratified sample,medical examination,used WHO recommended standard height evaluation of weight the nutritional status of children.Results The intake of the protein,zinc and calcium of vitamin B1,vitamin B2accounted for Dietary Reference Intakes(DRIs)was 65.56%,71.47%,35.35%,55.59%and 55.13%,both inadequate intake;the three major nutrients heating than unreasonable,carbohydrates heating(63.81%)was slightly higher than normal(50%~60%);quality protein ratio of the total protein intake was 47.41%.Conclusion The dietary pattern and nutritional intake need to be improved.
