放疗对保乳术后乳腺癌患者生存质量影响的研究

Impact of radiotherapy on the life quality in patients with breast cancer after breast conservative surgery

目的探讨放疗对保乳术后乳腺癌患者生存质量的影响及相关因素。方法抽取128例保乳术后乳腺癌患者,采用生命质量测定量表FACT-B中文版(Ver4.0)测定患者放疗前、中、后的生存质量。同时记录患者一般情况(包括年龄、族别、文化程度、婚姻状况、家庭月人均收入、医疗付费方式、居住地、主要照顾者、临床分期及放疗皮肤反应)。分析患者放疗期间生存质量及影响因素。结果保乳术后乳腺癌患者在放疗期间生存质量有下降的趋势,差异无统计学意义。放疗期间与生存质量相关因素为年龄、文化程度、收入、医疗付费方式、放疗皮肤反应(P<0.05)。结论放疗对保乳术后乳腺癌患者的生存质量无影响。年龄、文化程度、家庭月人均收入、医疗付费方式、放疗皮肤反应等从多个唯度影响保乳术后患者放疗期间的生存质量。

Objective To discuss the impact of radiotherapy on the life quality and correlative factors in patients with breast cancer after breast conservative surgery.Methods The life quality in 128patients with breast cancer after breast conserving surgery were assessed using the FACT-B（Ver4.0）before,during,and after radiotherapy.The following informations were collected：age,nation,education,wedlock,family monthly income,payment mode of medical expense,residence,allowance,TNMstage and skin reaction.Statistical software SPSS 13.0was used to compare the marks of QOL and to analyze correlative relationship for these factors.Results The life quality in patients with breast cancer after breast conservative surgery exhibited a tendercy of getting worse during the course of radiotherapy,however there was no significant difference statistically.The correlative factors to the life quality include age,education,family monthly income per captia,payment modes of medical expense,and skin reaction（P0.05）.Conclusion Radiotherapy has little influences on the the life quality in patients with breast cancer after breast conservative surgery.Age,education,family monthly income per-captia,payment mode of medical expense,and skin reaction may affect the quality of life in different aspects.
