雌二醇、孕酮、抗HCG抗体联合检测对女性不孕症的诊断意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨抗HCG抗体、雌二醇和孕酮联合检测在女性不孕症诊断中的临床应用。方法选择2008年1月~2009年12月来我院妇科门诊就诊的168例女性不孕症患者(不孕症组),选择60例婚检健康女性为正常对照(对照组)。采用电化学发光法(罗氏ELECSY2010)检测2组患者血清雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)水平,用ELISA间接法定性检测抗HCG抗体。结果不孕症组血清E2、P水平明显低于对照组。抗HCG抗体阳性者雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)水平明显低于抗HCG抗体阴性者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论抗HCG抗体阳性,可引起雌二醇和孕酮水平低下,导致不孕,抗HCG抗体、E2、P联合检测在女性不孕症诊断中有重要意义。 Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of combined detection of serum anti-HCG,estradiol and progesterone in infertile women.Methods We choose 168cases of female infertility(infertility group)from gynecology clinic in our hospital during January 2008~December 2009,as test group,60 healthy women pre-maritally examinated as normal controls(control group),using electrochemical luminescence(Luo s ELECSY2010)detected of women serum estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)level for two groups,using ELISA detect the anti-HCG antibody.Results The levels of estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)in anti-HCG positive group were significantly lower than those in anti-HCG negative group.The difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The anti-HCG antibody postive cause the lower level of estradiol(E2)and progesterone,these can lead to infertile.The combined detection of anti-HCG E2and P progestrone has important significance in diagnosis of infertile women.
