摘要
教师的专业成长是教师个体的、内在的专业性的提高,是教师"个人成为教学专业的成员并且在教学中具有越来越成熟的作用这样一个转变过程"。培育教师的教学实践智慧不仅是提高教学质量、促进学生成长的需要,也是加速青年教师自身发展的需要。如何培养青年教师的教学实践智慧成为当前高校的一个重要问题。
A teacher's professional growth is an individual and internal professional promotion. It is a transition process which enables the teacher to be a member of teaching professionals and play a more and more mature role in teaching. Cultivating the teachers' teaching practical wisdom is not only the requirement of improving the teaching quality and promoting the students' growth, but also the requirement of accelerating self-development of our young teachers. Cultivation of the teachers' teaching practical wisdom has become the signifi- cant matter in colleges and universities.
