摘要
提出了一种由虚拟仪器实现振动时效控制系统的方法,系统采用LabVIEW作为开发平台,在PC机上实现对时效参数的设置和对工作流程的控制,通过USB-6221数据采集卡实现电压与频率脉冲信号的输出及对工件加速度信号的实时变采样频率的采集。同时,用振动学理论推导了判定振动时效效果的理论依据,并对试验结果进行判定。与传统的单片机开发方式相比,该系统具有开发周期短、面向对象和使用灵活等优点。
It has proposed a method which used Virtual Instrument to realize Vibratory Stress Relief(VSR) control system.Based on LabVIEW,the system could achieve the setting of parameters on stress relief and controlling for the working process on PC.By using data acquisition card USB-6221,it can realize not only the output voltage and the frequency pulse but also the collection on the acceleration by the way of real-time and frequency variation sampling.At the same time,it has used vibrational science to derive the theoretical basis for VSR effect,and evaluated the test results.Compared with traditional approach based on singlechip,this system has many advantages,such as the short development cycle,object-oriented,the flexibility use and so on.
