摘要
FDK算法是一种被广泛应用的小锥角近似三维重建算法,但其运算量大,重建时间长。因此,本文提出了一种基于现代GPU实现的实时FDK加速算法。该方法充分结合现代GPU设备,通过灵活有效的并行策略减少反投影所需要的计算量;并利用一种新的基于角度相关性的优化方案进一步提升该算法的性能。大量实验表明该算法在不牺牲重建质量的前提下可以获得更高的加速性能。
FDK algorithm is the most popular approximate cone-beam reconstruction method for a scan at small cone angles,but its computation is very costly.Therefore an improved real-time reconstruction algorithm is proposed in this paper.This method accelerates FDK algorithm based on modern GPU using an efficient parallel strategy to simplify the back-projection computation significantly.Moreover,a new trigonometric relevancy is adopted to boost the performance of this parallel strategy.A number of experiments were performed to verify the proposed algorithm and the results show that this method is accurate and efficient.
