摘要
在介绍废弃油脂的定义、化学组成及综合利用方法的基础上,分析了废弃油脂利用不当对环境造成的污染以及对食品安全的冲击,并从废弃油脂的收集、管理与技术研发3个方面提出了对其总体治理的建议,指出以废弃油脂为原料进行高附加值产品的开发是消除废弃油脂的最有效途径。
The definition,chemical composition and multipurpose utilization methods of waste grease were introduced,and then the environmental pollution and impacts on food security caused by irrational utilization of waste grease were analyzed systematically.Finally,the suggestions and measures were put forward in the management,economy and technology development for waste grease,it indicated that developing high value-added product was the most effective way to remove waste grease.
