摘要
提出城市粪污处理要根据城市特点,以当地城市总体规划和环境卫生工程规划为主要依据,通过对粪污处理工程建设的环境效益、经济效益和社会效益的论证,作出科学的资源及经济效益的分析与评价;选择适合不同城市的处理模式,以利于既能保护环境,又能取得资源利用的经济回报。
The treatment of city excrement should base on the city character,city planning and environmental sanitation project planning.Demonstration of environmental benefits,social benefits and economic benefits,scientific resources and economic analysis and evaluation should be made.Proper processing models selection for different cities could protect both environment and getting economic returns for resource utilization.
