摘要 GH696合金是一种时效硬化型铁基高温合金。其特点是强度高(γ′强化)、高温弹性好,700℃以下具有良好的组织稳定性。该合金的应用较广,在航空方面,可以用于400~700℃温度范围工作的涡轮盘、压气机盘、环形件、紧固件和弹簧件。在医疗器械和仪器方面,作为弹簧元件亦有重要应用。本文研究了主要合金化元素C、Ti和Mo的含量对合金力学性能和显微组织的影响;合金的主要性能及合适的冷加工变形量和时效制度。 CH696 alloy is an age hardening type of high temperature alloy based on iron. It makes a feature of high strength (strengthened by γ'),good elasticity at high temperature, excellent structure stability up to 700℃. CH696 alloy has been widely used. In aerospace field, it can be used to make the turbine disk, compressor disk, ring parts, fasteners and elastic components under the operation temperature from 400 to 700℃. In medical apparatus and industrial instruments field, the alloy is widely used for instrument elements. The effect of C, Ti and Mo as main alloying elements on the mechanical properties and the microstructure of this alloy, main properties and suitable cold working deformation and aging heat treatment were investigated in this paper.
