摘要
本文用正电子湮没多普勒展宽能谱仪、寿命谱仪和透射电子显微镜相结合分析了大约在5℃和25℃之间Cu-23at.%Zn-11at.%Al合金的相转变。结果表明该合金中的层错在实验误差范围内对正电子没有捕获效应。
The phase transformation in Cu - 23at. %Zn - 11at. %Al alloy from 5℃ to 25℃ has been studied by means of the lifetime and Doppler spectrometers of positron annihilation and transmission electron microscope. It is shown that the stacking faults in the alloy have not a remarkable effect of trapping positrons.
