摘要 地层疏松和储层压力衰竭,是目前渤海油田在调整开发过程中遇到的突出问题。针对这类油藏完井作业过程中,防砂与储层保护的技术难点,根据适度防砂的理念,采用了"量体裁衣"式的防砂设计,创新发展了简易PRD射孔液技术及其配套完井工艺,达到了"适度防砂+储层保护"的双效目的。在绥中36-1油田的现场应用表明,此项技术有效地解决了砾石充填与防止漏失之间的矛盾,大幅度提高了单井产能,为同类油田的完井工艺技术提供了重要的依据。 Formation porosity and reservoir pressure depletion are the outstanding problems encountered in the adjustment process of Bohai Oilfield development.In view of the technical difficulties of sand control and reservoir protection during the process of completion,this paper adopts appropriate sand control design based on the theory of reasonable sand control,innovates and develops the PRD simplified perforation fluid technology and the supporting completion techniques.Through the application in SZ36-1 Oilfield,it is shown that the technology effectively solves the conflict between gravel pack and leak prevention,reaches a 'reasonable sand control + reservoir protection' double-effect,increases well production substantially in single well,and provides an important basis for completion technology of similar oilfields.
