摘要
分析了螺旋压力机产生“冒顶”事故的原因，指出了铜螺母支承钢套失效的机理。
Roof fall” accident caused in screw presses is analysed
here. Failure mechanism of a supporting steel sleeve on copper nut is pointed out. A correct
structure for the steel sleeve is put forward. And a method for correct assembly of the copper nut
and the steel sleeve as well as their repair in J53 300 friction driven screw press is also
advanced.
