摘要
百货店是大型零售业历史最悠久的业态。随着中国市场经济的不断发展,中国百货业的发展势头方兴未艾,百货店在中国的零售商业里仍占主力军的地位。当前,百货店以联营为主导的经营模式越来越引起广泛关注,倡导自营的呼声很高。笔者试图通过分析建立在不同百货店经营战略基础上的百货店赢利模式,从二十年来的不同案例,研究百货店赢利模式的可行性、可持续性并为百货店的未来发展提供若干可供选择的建议。
As one of the business formats in the large retailing industry, the department store has the longest history. With the progressive growth of the market economy in China, the department store has been maintaining an increasing developing momentum, playing a leading role in the retail of China. The present day, the department store that takes joint - - operation as its main business model has increasingly caused wide public concern. Meanwhile, the clamor for self - operation is getting louder. By analyzing the profit models, which have been set on the basis of business strategies of different department stores, the writer makes an attempt to study on the feasibility and sustainability of their profit models from various cases in the past twenty years, and then offer several suggestions for choice towards the future development of the department store.
