摘要
2009年,中国政府为应对金融危机而大量发放贷款,在刺激经济复苏的同时,也使各商业银行面临大量生成的不良贷款。在这样的背景下,如何高效、安全的解决不良贷款问题显得尤为迫切。笔者试图在本文中探讨,商业银行除了采用常规的诉讼清收及呆账核销等手段外,如何采取包括打包转让、资产证券化、批量委托、成立项目公司以及结构性交易等批量处理方法,推进不良资产的快速处置。
in 2009, the Chinese government deals with the financial crisis, but provides the loan massively, during stimulation economic resurgence, causes various Commercial banks to face with the massive non -performing loan. Under such background, how to highly effective safely deal with non -performing loan question appears especially urgent. The author attempts to discuss that in this paper, besides uses the conventional lawsuit recovery and the bad debt canceling and so on methods, the Commercial bank, how to adopt batch processing methods which include packed transfer, property securitization, batch entrusting, establishing project company as well as structural business, advances bad assets fast handling.
