摘要
客户对运输车队派车的评价是一种具有动态模糊性的反馈信息,为了从中获取更为全面合理的统计分析结果,可以利用"动态模糊数据"对其进行表示和处理。文章在简单评价指标体系基础上构建了一个基于动态模糊数据的运输车队评价系统模型。模型中给出了客户评价信息的表示和计算方法,并通过实例对具体的评价信息进行了统计和分析,获得了分析结果,该结果全面有效地反映了客户的评价情况,为运输车队核心竞争力的提高提供了重要依据。
Customer evaluation about the message of the transportation team sentting a car is a dynamic fuzzy feedback.To obtain more comprehensive and rational statistical analysis results,can use"dynamic fuzzy data " for that.Article constructs a fleet evaluation system model based on"dynamic fuzzy data"from the simple evaluation index system.Representation and calculation methods of the customer evaluation information are given in the model,paper statistics analyses the specific information through an example,and then obtain the results.The results reflect the evaluation of customer comprehensivly and effectively,and they provide an important basis to enhance the core competitiveness of the transport fleet.
