摘要
揭示了振动钻削减振的实质,即振动钻削利用刀具与工件之间的振动过渡过程进行加工,脉冲切削时间极短,这不但抑制了工件的不规则振动,增强了钻削的稳定性。
The vibration reduction mechanism in vibration drilling is
given here, that is, vibration drilling takes advantage of vibration transition and pulse machining
time is very short, this, not only suppresses irregular vibration of wokpiece and strengthens
stability of drilling system, but also effectively decrease drill torsional vibrationangle.
