摘要
旋转两测头法在端面全跳动误差测量中,用误差分离技术消除了主轴窜动的影响,降低了对机床本身精度的要求,较好地实现了大回转工件端面跳动的测量。在数据采集和处理中,用了非等分点抽样法,大大提高了工件表面信息利用率。
This article discusses the method to measure the end error using rotating
two headed sensors. The drawback of the machine tool’s axis shaking is removed with the use
of EST.The precision requirement of the machine is sharply reduced, yet the measuring result of
large scale work piece is more perfect. With the newly developed unequalized sampling method
for data collecting and processing, more extra information of the end surface is analysed and it
makes the measurement result more reliable.
