摘要
基于高等职业教育培养"高素质技能型"人才目标,阐述了构建职业素质养成体系的必要性,分析了构建职业素质养成体系的目标和内容,提出了以课程教学、实践教学、校企文化活动作为职业素质培养的途径和相关职业素质养成体系的保障条件。
This research is to analyze the necessity of constructing higher vocational quality development system in line with the objectives of fostering high-quality skilled talents.It approaches the cultivation of career qualities in terms of instruction,practice,and campus-enterprise cultural activities,which requires the relevant guarantees for vocational quality development system.
