Analysis of factors affecting students' psychological health at higher vocational college and countermeasures

针对当前影响高职高专院校学生心理健康问题的主要因素,如环境的不适应、学习压力、就业压力和人际关系等,应始终把心理健康教育贯穿在学校教育教学活动中,加强高职高专院校学生心理健康教育工作队伍的建设以及学生的自我心理调适等,旨在通过学校、教师和学生三方面共同努力,解决学生的心理健康问题。

There are some factors affecting students＇ psychological health at higher vocational college,such as environment,study pressure,job hunting,human communication and so on.Psychological health education should go through the whole campus educational activities,which need to intensify construction of education work procession to students＇ psychological health at higher vocational college and students＇ psychological self-adaption.Psychological health problems are resolved by joint efforts of college,teachers and student themselves.
