摘要
围绕商业银行管理工作中客户价值导向的内涵,阐述了客户需求的重要性,分析了客户需求的种类,并提出了提高客户满意度的基本对策。
In this paper, the author introduced the meaning of customer value orientation in commercial bank management.Also the author elaborated the importance of customer need, analyzed types of customer needs and proposed some basic countermeasures on improving customer satisfaction.
