Analyses of the complications of lumbar disc surgery

目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症术后并发症的原因和预防措施。方法:对112例腰椎间盘突出症手术患者进行回顾性分析。结果:112例腰椎间盘突出症手术中15例出现并发症。结论:腰椎间盘突出症术后并发症原因有:腰椎节段性不稳、神经根粘连、椎间隙感染等。根据患者的临床症状、体征、影像学检查及术中所见情况,制定出合适的手术方案是防止手术并发症的关键。

Objective To study the causes and prevention measures of the complications of lumbar disc surgery.Methods 112 cases with lumbar disc herniation for surgery were analyzed.Results 15 cases of the complications of lumbar disc surgery were found.Conclusion The reasons of the complications of lumbar disc surgery have been found：lumbar section instability,nerve root adhesion etc.The appropriate surgery program based on patients＇clinical symptoms,characterizations as well as radiographic examination are the key to prevent the complications of the lumbar disc surgery.
