摘要
锅炉管屏的管子节距和管内冷却水流速是管屏热变形的两个重要因素。本文基于热力耦合有限元理论,对某锅炉管屏进行了稳态热力耦合分析。从分析结果可以看出,冷却水流速对管屏的传热和变形影响较小,而管子节距的影响较大,因此,管子节距是管屏设计的重要参数。
The pitch and cooling water velocity of boiler water wall have significant effect on its thermal deformation,in this paper,the boilerwaterwall is simulated based on the coupled steadystate thermomechanical finite element method.The computed results show that the cooling water velocity has little effect on heat transfer and deformation of water wall,compared with pitch,so that the pitch is an important design parameterof waterwall.
