口腔引导骨组织再生中屏障膜材料的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨口腔引导骨组织再生中屏障膜材料应用的临床体会。方法:回顾性分析36例骨缺损、骨量不足的患者采用钛膜进行引导骨再生,修复骨缺损并行骨内种植周的骨增量的临床资料。结果:共植入超薄钛膜38片,牙种植体56个。38片超薄钛膜就位良好,6片超薄钛膜小部分暴露,术后5例患者伤口裂开,牙种植体全部愈合,36例患者骨缺损满意修复。结论:引导骨再生技术中屏障膜材料的应用疗效较好,能有效地屏蔽软组织,引导骨再生,重建牙槽骨外形,术后并发症少,值得临床推广。
