摘要
采用联合国贸发会议(UNCTAD)提出的"业绩指数"和"潜力指数"评价方法,对华东地区7个省市利用外商直接投资(FD I)的业绩和潜力进行了定量比较分析,特别是通过对业绩指数和潜力指数的交叉分析,得到了更有价值和意义的政策性启示。最后,根据分析结论,提出了华东地区7省市利用FD I的政策建议。
The paper compares and analyses the achievement and potential of using FDI of 7 provinces or cities in east China with ＂a- chievement index＂ and ＂potential index＂ putted forward by UNCTAD. Especially the paper across analyses their achievement index and potential index, and gets hold of more counting and content policy revelation. Lastly, the paper puts forward using FDI policy advises for the provinces and citie with basis of the analyzing conclusions.
