摘要 师生关系建立在教学交往的基础上,是教学活动中的重要人际关系,在教学活动中起到制约教学效果、影响学生身心健康和人格发展的作用。它的优化应建立于教学交往之上,以平等为前提,师生双方互相尊重;以民主为原则,师生双方共同参与教学,对待学生应客观公正;以沟通对话为途径,进行真诚的交流;交流要充满爱与包容,师生双方相互理解。 Teacher-student relationship, which is built on the basis of teaching communication, is one of the important interpersonal relationships in the instruction. It will restrict the effect of teaching, affect physical and mental health of students, and affect the personality development of students. Its optimization should be built on the basis of teaching communication, which be based on the premise of equality and both teachers and students respect each other; the principle of democracy and both teachers and students participate in the instruction, treat the students fairly. And we should use sincere communication with students, give them love and tolerance.
