摘要
国际私法是法学类本科生必修的核心课程之一,具有涉外性、广泛性、复杂性等特点,理论性与实践性较强,学生较难掌握。在国际私法教学中,必须积极开拓教学思路,把一些先进的教学理论、科学的教学方法及现代化的教学手段灵活运用于课堂教学中,努力培养学生合作交流、自主探究、勇于创新的能力。
Private international law is one of required undergraduate courses.Students find it hard to learn because of its concerning foreign affairs,universality,complexity and combination of theory and practice.To teach private international law,we must reclaim actively teaching train of thought,put some advanced teaching theories,scientific teaching methods and modern teaching instrumentalities into teaching course,and make great efforts to cultivate students’ cooperating,exploring and innovating capabilities.According to teaching practices,the author concludes multi-media teaching,case teaching and bilingual teaching should be used in private international law course.
