腹针对腰椎间盘突出症治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating lumbar disc hemiation by abdominal acupuncture

目的：观察腹针疗法对顽固性腰椎间盘突出症治疗的影响、临床治疗效果以及治疗方案的稳定性。方法：将来自我院针灸康复门诊的54例病例随机分为治疗组，对照组。结果：两组疗效比较，治疗组总有效率优于对照组（P〈0．01），说明腹针治疗腰椎间盘突出症较常规针剌治疗更有效。结论：腹针疗法对治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好的治疗效果。

Objective： To observe the effect of treating lumbar disc herniation by abdominal acupuncture. Methods： Acupuncture and rehabilitation of the future self-hospital and 54 outpatient cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Results： Comparison of two groups, the total effective rate in treatment group is better than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating lumbar disc herniation by abdominal acupuncture has a good effect.
