电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical observation on treating lumbar disc herniation in EA

目的：探讨电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察。方法：治疗组（应用针刺肾俞、L3～L5华佗夹脊穴、环跳、飞扬等穴加电针），对照组（口服芬必得）。结果：治疗组治愈率为35．7％，总有效率92．9％；对照组治愈率为10．5％，总有效率78．9％。结论：电针法能消除或减轻腰椎间盘突出症的症状、体征。

Objective： To investigate clinical observation on treating lumbar disc herniation in EA. Methods： The treatment group （application of acupuncture Shenyu, L3-L5 Huatuo Jiaji Points, Huantiao, Feiyang, etc. Point and EA）, the control group （oral Fenbide）. Results： The cure rate is 35.7%, the total effective is 92.9%; Control group was 10.5%, the total effective is 78.9%. Conclusion： Eliminate or reduce the symptoms of lumbar disc herniation in EA.
