自拟益胃消渍汤治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效观察

Clinical effective observation on treating gastric ulcer with Yiwei Xiaokui decoction

目的：观察自拟益胃消溃汤治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法：分为中药治疗组和常规西药治疗组各62例，治疗周期均为8周，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率为83．9％；对照组总有效率为61．2％。结论：自拟益胃消溃汤治疗胃溃疡效果理想，值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating gastric ulcer with Yiwei Xiaokui decoction. Methods： Divide into TCM treatment group and western treatment group for 62 cases, the treatment period was 8 weeks, patient outcomes were compared. Results： The total efficiency for 83.9% in observation group; in control group the total efficiency rate for 61.2%. Conclusion： Treating gastric ulcer with Yiwei Xiaokui decoction has a good effect, is worth being clinically applied.
