摘要
低度白酒在降度过程中不可避免的出现失光、混浊、口味变的寡淡等问题。本文采用活性炭吸附法对张弓浓香型53度白酒降到40度过程中出现的浑浊问题进行了研究,结果表明:采用孔径为2.8 nm以上的活性炭作为吸附介质,添加量为0.12%,处理时间为96 h时,能够除浊,而且还能达到保持张弓浓香型大曲原有的典型风格的最佳效果。
There were some questions,such as lose the light,turbid,boring etc,in the course of the reduction of alcohol content,In this paper,technical study on turbidity removal of low alcohol liquor of Zhang Gong strength flavor type with active carbon when alcohol percentage from 53 degrees to 40 degrees.The results showed low alcohol liquor of Zhang Gong can maintain the original liquor style at the sanle time when adsorptive medium is 2.8nm aperture active carbon,additive amount is 0.12%,process time is 96h.
