不同中药组方治疗不同分型糖尿病肾病临床分析

Clinical analysis of treating different type of diabetic nephropathy in TCM

目的：观察同中药组方治疗不同分型糖尿病肾病的I临床疗效。方法：选取本院2009年1月～10月收治的糖尿病肾病患者50例，治疗前后观察病例尿蛋白定量及排泄率的变化。结果：应用益肾缓衰方后，疗效显著，治疗总有效率达到92％左右。结论：应用益肾缓哀方治疗不同分型糖尿病肾病的疗效确定，值得临床广泛推广使用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating different type of diabetic nephropathy in TCM. Methods： Choose 50 patients of diabetic nephropathy in hospital in January 2009-10 January, to observe changes of patients＇ urinary protein and excretion rate before and after treatment. Results： After using Yishen Huanshuai therapy has a good effect, the total effective rate is about 92%. Conclus -ion： Treating different type of diabetic nephropathy using Yishen Huanshuai therapy has a good effect, is worth being applied.
