补中益气汤治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡的疗效观察

Effective observation on treating stomach ulcer with Buzhong Yiqi decoction

目的：观察补中益气汤加奥美拉唑治疗胃、十二指肠渍疡的疗效。方法：观察组用补中益气汤加奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素治疗，后用补中益气汤联合奥关拉唑巩固治疗7周；对照组口服奥关拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素1周后用奥美拉唑巩固治疗7周。结果：观察组总有效率97％，复发率11．5％；对照组总有效率89-2％，复发率41％。结论：补中益气汤加奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡，可有效防止溃疡复发。

Objective： To observe the effect of treating stomach ulcer with Buzhong Yiqi decoction plus omeprazole. Methods： The observation group taking Buzhong Yiqi plus omeprazole, amoxicillin and clarithromycin therapy; in the control group oral the omeprazole, amoxicillin and clarithromycin for treatment 7 weeks. Result： In observation group the total efficiency rate for 97%, relapse rate for 11.5%; in control group the total efficiency rate for 89.2%, relapse rate for 41%. Conclusion： Treating stomach ulcer with Buzhong Yiqi decoction plus omeprazole has a good effect.
