肝病患者血脂水平检测的临床分析

Clinical analysis of detection of serum lipid levels of patient with liver disease

目的：探讨肝病患者血脂水平检测的，临床意义。方法：对我院120例肝病患者和120例健康查体者的血脂水平进行检测，并进行比较。结果：各型肝病患者血脂水平都较对照组低，其中仅有肝硬变患者各项指标与对照组比较有显著性差异。结论：血脂水平测定能反映肝病患者肝脏的合成、储存功能及其变化。

Objective： To investigate the clinical detection of liver lipid levels in patients with clinical significance. Methods： 120 patients in our hospital 120 cases of liver disease patients and healthy subjects in the lipid levels were detected and compared. Results： of various types of liver lipid levels in patients are lower than the control group, of which only the indicators in patients with cirrhosis. Conclusion： Lipid levels can reflect changes of liver disease.
