新生儿口腔运动评定量表的信效度及反应度研究

Reliability,validity and responsiveness of the Neonatal Oral-Motor Assessment Scale in preterm infants

目的检验新生儿口腔运动评定量表(NOMAS)的信度、效度和反应度,为准确评估早产儿吸吮功能提供有效工具。方法应用NOMAS量表测评52例早产儿的吸吮功能,对测定结果进行信度、效度和反应度分析。结果 NOMAS量表的Cronbach′α系数为0.67～0.82;NOMAS评分与喂养效率的相关系数介于0.53～0.88;不同喂养效率患儿NOMAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);正常与失调型态标准化反应均数分别为1.21、1.08。结论 NOMAS量表具有较好的信度、效度和反应度,可作为早产儿吸吮功能评估工具。

Objective To examine the reliability, validity and responsiveness of the Neonatal Oral-Motor Assessment Scale （NOMAS） in preterm infants, and to provide an effective tool for assessing preterm infants′ sucking. Methods The NOMAS was administered to 52 preterm infants to establish interrater reliability, validity and responsiveness. Results The NOMAS had acceptable internal consistency （Cronbach′s α=0.67-0.82）. Strong correlations were found between scores on the NOMAS and feeding performance （absolute Spearman′s r=0.53-0.88）, indicating acceptable convergent validity. The scores of the NOMAS showed significant differences in infants with feeding performance（P〈0.01 for all）.Conclusion The NOMAS is useful, with acceptable reliability, validity and responsiveness, in assessing oral-motor function in preterm infants.
