摘要
目的探讨奖惩护理管理制度对预防护理失误的作用。方法建立护理安全管理体系,制定护理安全奖惩制度,界定护理失误标准,制定护理失误管理流程,构建安全文化氛围,并与实施奖惩护理管理制度前作比较。结果实施奖惩护理管理制度前后护理失误率、主动呈报率、护理投诉率及患者满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论奖惩护理管理制度对减少护理失误,保障患者安全有显著效果。
Objective To explore the effect of a rewards and punishments system on prevention of nursing errors.Methods We established a safety management system,developed a rewards and punishments system,defined nursing errors, constructed procedures for management of nursing errors and built a culture of safety.Results Significant differences were found in the rates of nursing errors, self-reporting errors, complaints about nursing care, and patient satisfaction before and after implementation of the rewards and punishments system (P〈 0.01 for all).Conclusion Rewards and punishments system can reduce nursing errors and improve patient safety.
