摘要
传统的汽车覆盖件模具马板面加工工艺存在增加加工成本以及降低加工效率的弊端。通过设计一种专用铣刀,实现以背铣方式来加工马板面。从刀具材料、几何角度选择以及刀体结构设计等方面论述了设计过程。
The paper explains the two shortcomings of increasing processing costs and reducing the processing efficiency when using traditional processing technology to make automobile panel dies horse board.By designing a special milling cutter,we achieved the back milling way to mill the horse board easily,and expounded the design process from the tool material,geometry selection and structure design.
