从牢固树立"以人为本"的理念、实施知识管理,创新构建能够满足读者需求的服务方式以及开展管理手段的技术革新等方面,思考提升高职院校图书馆管理与服务的思路。
Connecting with the practical work of the library of Zhangzhou city university,this paper expounds thoughts to promote management and service on how college library to insist on the people-based service concept,actualize the knowledge management,innovational build service mode to meet the needs of readers,and carry technological innovation on management tool.
