非等温DSC法研究改性咪唑/环氧E44的固化反应动力学 被引量:4

STUDY ON THE CURING KINETICS OF MODIFIED IMIDAZOLE/EPOXY E44 BY NON-ISOTHERMAL DSC METHOD

摘要 采用非等温DSC法研究了改性咪唑/环氧E44的固化反应动力学,利用Kissinger和Crane方程对体系的DSC数据进行处理,获得了固化反应动力学参数,计算出固化体系的活化能为52 kJ/mol,反应级数为0.884 7,接近1级反应;确定了最佳固化工艺为110℃/1 h+140℃/1 h+210℃/2 h.咪唑改性使环氧树脂的固化温度较未改性咪唑提升了30℃,显著延长了贮存时间,且固化产物的热稳定性略增高. The curing reaction kinetics of modified imidazole/ epoxy E44 was studied by non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).DSC data were processed by Kissinger and Crane equation.The curing reaction kinetics parameters were obtained.The activation energy of curing system was 52 kJ/mol.Reaction order was 0.884 7.The best curing technics was 110 ℃ / 1 h+140 ℃ / 1 h + 210 ℃ / 2 h.The curing temperature of modified imidazole/epoxy resin systems have some degree of upgrading.The storage time has been increased and the stability of product has been improved.
