陕北甜荞麦麸皮中黄酮类化合物提取工艺的研究 被引量:6

STUDY ON EXTRACTION CONDITIONS OF FLAVONOIDS IN BUCKWHEAT BRAN FROM NORTH SHAANXI

摘要 为了提高荞麦麸皮的利用率,采用乙醇浸提法对甜荞麦麸皮中黄酮类化合物提取工艺进行了研究.实验以黄酮得率为指标,通过对各提取影响因素进行初步研究,并采用正交试验确定了最佳工艺参数,即:乙醇体积分数为50%,料液比为1∶50,浸提时间为2.5 h,浸提温度为70℃.在此条件下浸提3次,甜荞麦麸皮中黄酮类化合物的得率可达到2.419 5%. In order to improve the utilization rate of buckwheat bran,the extraction conditions of flavonoids in buckwheat bran was studied with ethanol as extraction agent.The yield of flavonoids was as the target.The impact factors of extraction were studied preliminary,and the optimum technical parameters were determined through orthogonal experiment,which were as follows: the volume fraction of ethanol was 50%,the solid to soluble was 1∶50,the extraction time was 2.5 h,and the extraction temperature was 70 ℃.The third extraction yield of flavonoids could reach up to 2.419 5% in buckwheat bran.
