摘要 优化设计是一种寻找确定最优设计方案的技术,在三维软件Pro/e中建立主轴箱的参数化模型,把参数化模型导入到ANSYS Workbench中,在DesignXplorer模块中进行多目标的基于试验技术的优化设计,得到设计变量组合对目标函数的响应面,从响应面中查看设计变量的变化对性能参数的影响情况,进而选择较为理想的设计结果.改进后的主轴箱在各方面性能都不降低的情况下,质量有了一定的降低. Optimization design is a technology that searches for and determines the optimal design.Parametric model of headstock is established in Pro/e,and the parametric model is imported into the ANSYS Workbench.Then multi-objective optimization design is carried out in Design Xplorer module based on test technology,response surfaces of the objective function which is corresponded by combination of design variables are got.From the response surfaces,the situation that performance parameters are affacted by design variables is viewed,and then the more ideal design result is selected.Under the condition that performance in all aspects of improved headstock are not diminished,some quality is reduced.
