教育是有方向性和目的的,在教育目的指导下的培养目标是各级各类教育活动的指挥棒,它制约着教育活动的具体开展,也就意味着教育内容和教育方法都以教育的目标体系为出发点和最终归宿。所以教育目标体系的科学性、合理性直接影响着教育效果。特别是与社会和经济直接密切相关的职业教育,其培养目标的制定不仅关乎个人的生存和发展,还制约社会经济的良性运转。

Education has it＇s own aim and objectives.And the objectives of education which is attached to the aim of education is just like the baton directing all levels and forms of education activities.The development of education is controled by these objectives which means the education objective system is the intentions as well as the destination of the content and method of education.So the education effectiveness is determined by the scientific rationality of the objective system,especially that of vocational education which is closely related with social and economic development.The teaching objectives of TVET is the soul of the individuals＇ development and also the main factor of social economy＇s running.
