摘要
结合高职教育的特点,重点分析高职教育视野中的隐性知识,以及高职学生认知结构中隐性知识之间的关系特征,并阐释重视隐性知识习得对高职教育的重要意义。
According to the characteristics of higher vocational education,the paper puts a lot of emphasizes on analyzing the tacit knowledge in the higher vocational education's field,and the characteristics of tacit knowledge's relationship among the higher vocational students' cognitive structure.Lastly the paper discusses that it's meaningful to higher vocational education that paying attention to tacit knowledge's learning.
