Drilling Technology for the Competent Formation of Nuozhadu Hydropower Station

摘要 目前国内对坚硬地层的钻进方法,常用液动冲击回转钻进工艺及弱包镶金刚石钻头钻进,两种工艺并不能完全相互代替,从技术经济的角度来说,都有各自的适应范围。本文阐述了糯扎渡水电站坚硬地层钻进中遇到的问题,以及采用弱包镶金刚石钻头钻进后取得的效果和经验。 At present, there are two kinds of drilling technologies for competent formations employed frequently at home, i.e. the hydro-hammer impact-rotary drilling technology and the weak-impregnated diamond bit drilling technology. These two drilling technologies cannot replace each other completely and have their own applicable ranges if viewed from technical and economical aspects. This paper states the problems encountered in the drilling of competent formations ofNuozhadu Hydropower Station and the effect and experience of the drilling through weak-impregnated diamond bits.
