近年来,舟山市航运企业获得了长足发展,但通过对全市航运企业竞争态势进行SWOT分析,可以发现,尽管舟山航运企业在政策环境、运输条件等方面具备一定的优势,在全市经济转型升级中也面临着一定的机会,但其劣势和面临的挑战更多,包括企业规模普遍偏小,船型结构偏轻,企业管理水平低以及难以参与分享当地港口大开发的成果等,造成舟山航运企业整体综合竞争力偏弱,在行业竞争中处于不利地位。从政府层面来看,扶持航运企业发展,促进其提升综合竞争力,需要采取一定的举措,包括鼓励航运联盟、加强对航运企业公共服务等。

In recent years,shipping enterprises in Zhoushan City have undergone the rapid development,but the SWOT analysis of the competitiveness of shipping enterprises has led to the discovery that despite their advantages in policy environment and transportation and their opportunities in the economic transformation and upgrading,shipping enterprises are faced with disadvantages and challenges,including the small firm size,light hull structure,the low level of corporate governance and the difficulties involved in sharing the benefits of the large-scale development of the local ports,resulting in the overall weak competitiveness and unfavorable competitive positions of Zhoushan shipping enterprises.From the government level,to support the development of shipping enterprises and promote the overall competitiveness,certain initiatives should be taken,including encouraging shipping alliances and strengthening public services for the shipping enterprises.
