舟山渔农村妇女人力资源的现状与开发对策分析

Analysis of the Current Situation and Development Countermeasure of Fishing Village Women Human Resource of Zhoushan

舟山渔农村妇女是参与渔农村经济建设的重要力量,是推进渔农村民主政治建设、参与渔农村社会事务管理的重要组成部分。但是舟山渔农村妇女人力资源开发利用水平同城市女性及长三角周边农村地区妇女相比仍有一定差距,在一定程度上制约着渔农村女性自身发展以及新渔农村社会的协调发展。文章以促进舟山海岛地区渔农村妇女人力资源的开发利用为研究目标,提出从政府和人力资源部门主导型的政策支持、各级妇联组织的扶助手段、妇女自身素质的培养等各层面的可操作的对策与措施,以促进海岛地区渔农村妇女人力资源开发,进一步加快当前新渔农村建设的步伐。

Zhoushan fishing village women are an important force and components for fishing village economic development,democracy participation and management of social affairs.But the level of development and utilization about fishing village women human resource still have certain disparity with that of the urban areas and the surrounding Yangtze River Delta,thus restricting,to a certain extent,fishing countryside female own development and the coordinated development of new rural society.Aiming at promoting the development and utilization of the fishing village of woman human resources,the paper proposes some operational measures to improve women’s quality at various levels with the support from the governmental organizations and human resources department,and the assistance by women’s federations so as to promote the women human resources development in rural island regions and further accelerate the current pace of building the new fishing villages in Zhoushan.
